Tracking
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. Proceed then to your order status page and there you will find the tracking code.
If you can't find your tracking code do not worry, just request it to us via email.

Please make sure to constantly monitor your package status.
Return to sender
If the the delivery fails and the package is not picked up within the storage period provided your order won't return to our warehouse but instead to an international shipping hub.
From the courier's international hub, we will be able to reship your package at your request.
Please do not let the order come back as we won't be able to store those products again in our warehouse.

Choosing the right size is key to comfort. Below are size charts for both apparel and footwear. For clothing, we recommend using your height. For shoes, measure the length of your foot. If you're between sizes, go for the larger one for a more relaxed fit.

How to Measure Your Foot
- Place your foot on a piece of paper and trace around it.
- Measure the distance from the heel to the tip of your longest toe.
- Match the measurement with the chart above.

Use a gentle detergent without bleach to maintain color and softness.
Air dry or tumble dry on low heat. To prevent creasing, remove garments from dryer immediately.
Iron on medium heat if necessary, when fabric is slightly damp for easy handling.
Store in a cool, dry place and avoid hanging to prevent stretching.
Pre-washed for a perfect fit without shrinkage.
